Patrick Foran is in a league of his own. I began working with Pat when I was looking to find a larger location for my business. Not only did Pat take the time to truly understand my needs and budget he came up with creative ways to meet those needs and stay within our budget. Having it be the first time I have ever moved my business it was an intimidating process, but Pat was there every step of the way. Our experience with Foran Realty was very positive. We were referred to them by someone who has a friend who was very happy with their service. Patrick and Melissa were very helpful and effective. They were there throughout every step of our new home purchase. While we were in Dennis on vacation, we were allowed to use copying and fax services in their office. We were able to manage finalizing our Dennis purchase from our home in NY with no problems because Patrick was so helpful in arranging everything. Patrick always responded immediately to every email and text message we sent him. We have had multiple experiences with real estate brokers, and in comparison we have to say that Foran Realty has been the best so far when it came to honesty, integrity and professionalism.

Pat Foran at Foran Realty has managed the summer rental of my cottage in Dennis for the last 4 years. Thanks to Pat’s efforts we went from an occasional rental to a fully booked season each year. Patrick Foran was enormously helpful to me when I sold my home in East Dennis in August, 2017. He was very responsive to my requests, competent in pricing my house based on its market value, and efficient in arranging and recommending vendors to take care of a range of issues: e.g., upgrading my septic tank, renovating my basement following a flood due to a major rain storm, working with Habitat for Humanity International to take house items for their clients, and making an appointment with a junk company to clean out whatever remained in my home. Knowing that I did not live near by, he stepped in whenever I was unavailable. He was a pleasure to work with and considered any issue that I addressed as worthy of a reasonable, thoughtful, and understanding response.
